Stock Market Trading Hours
Stock market trading hours typically follow the local business hours of the country where the exchange is located, usually running from Monday to Friday. Unlike the 24-hour Forex market, stock exchanges have distinct opening and closing "bells".
For traders using CFDs, this means you can only trade specific shares when their home exchange is active. However, many global indices and large-cap US stocks now offer extended-hours trading, allowing for limited activity before the official open and after the close.
