Four US regions produce almost the entire US rice crop: Arkansas Grand Prairie, Mississippi Delta (parts of Arkansas, Mississippi, Missouri, and Louisiana), Gulf Coast (Texas and Southwest Louisiana) and Sacramento Valley of California.
